Dr. Jaspal Girn is a board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. He has received extensive training in all aspects of advanced oral surgical procedures, reconstructive surgery and facial trauma. He has been practicing full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in Burnaby for the last 10 years with interest in wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants and bone augmentation procedures. Dr. Girn firmly believes in having strong patient rapport and trust when providing surgical care.

Dr Jaspal Girn DMD, FRCD(C), is a board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. He practices full scope of oral & maxillofacial surgery including wisdom tooth removal, to dental implants. In addition he performs a wide range of bone grafting surgical procedures for dental implants. Dr. Girn's staff are fully trained Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Assistants ( DAANCE Certified ) and competent with I.V. sedation which we treat within our State of the Art Certified & Inspected Deep Sedation Facility.

Dr. Jaspal Girn received his D.M.D. from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of British Columbia in 2002. During his dental training he developed a keen interested in oral surgery and decided to pursue specialty training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed his surgical residency training at Emory University School of Medicine’s Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Atlanta Georgia. He received extensive training in advanced oral surgical procedures (impacted wisdom teeth, dental implants, and bone grafting), facial trauma and reconstructive surgery (complex facial fractures and lacerations), orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery), facial augmentation (chin and cheek implants), maxillofacial tumor and reconstructive surgery, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery, and general anesthesia.
